There are several of us in the Coffee Club with Uncle Bud who have lost our extra pounds but there are still just as many of us that keep putting off getting started. Oh, we know the extra pound are holding us back from being the healthiest we could be but we are not ready to give up our bad eating habits. How many times have we told ourselves, “we will eat these donuts today and start our diet tomorrow”? But our tomorrow is not here yet.
